While they completely nailed it with the texture, a sloppy Do-it-yourself “flavoring” system and a questionable butter powder that failed to quite perform for me — even with the simple fact that it was created from genuine butter — retained this brand name from smashing the opposition. At $5.49, it can be also the most expensive popcorn I tried, and things get even pricier when you look at the simple fact that you’ll only get two bags of popcorn, not a few.
