I love salmon. Raw, smoked, grilled, baked, fried — I adore it all. So when my pal gifted me this tinned smoked salmon, my curiosity was piqued. The packaging was so lovely, I wondered if the fish would measure up to the presentation. Spoiler warn: It totally did. I was utilised to smoked salmon coming in comparatively skinny slices. These were thick, meaty chunks that reminded me of the texture of my girlfriend’s dad’s selfmade gravlax.
